4–10 business days on average. In urgent cases we can provide printing within 24 hours.
The lifetime of the decals depends on the chosen film material. Films are categorized regarding their lifetime: two-year, five-year, ten-year, etc.
Additional laminate coating enhances durability leading to longer lifetime.
In case of silk screen printing, the submitted files should be:
1) PDF, CDR, or EPS format – vectors.
- “Vector” file means that PDF cannot include images – JPG, TIFF, PSD, bitmap etc. format.
- All text converted to curves, created outlines.
- Please note the name of the font and include the font-family in the file or e-mail.
- In silk screen printing line is not thinner than 0,13 mm.
2) If the file is submitted in CDR or EPS format, additional preview file is required for visualization (JPG, PNG, or PDF).
3) If the PDF file is exported from Microsoft Office, please include the original file as well (Word, Excel or other).
For a faster procession of the order, please include in the file or e-mail:
- color codes in PANTONE or RAL scale;
- clear filenames, preferably corresponding with the product.

- PDF files can contain images in TIFF, JPG, bitmap etc. format, EPS – vector images.
- Minimum image resolution: 200–300 DPI.
- All text converted to curves, created outlines.
- Line is not thinner than 0,1 mm.
- All colors in CMYK scale.
- If an image or the background reaches the edge of the item, a 3–5 mm wide shift must be included.

On the first collaboration we ask for a 100% prepayment. For regular orders SILMOR offers post-payment within 10 days. Based on a contract, regular clients can ask for longer terms of payment.
Yes, sample pieces can be made, starting from a single item. The price of a sample batch may differ from bulk production.

Delivery in Latvia: delivered by courier; delivered by our agent; delivered to a parcel machine. You are welcome to visit us and receive the product in Brīvības gatve 323, 4th floor.
Delivery in EU: usually clients who have a previous contract with a carrier service, arrange the courier themselves or submit all the necessary info for SILMOR to arrange it. Most popular delivery partners in EU are DPD, TNT, DHL and HRX.
Outside EU: the best option for the client will be chosen.
